Super nice FN G-1 version, full auto, Pre May dealer sample, aka “keeper”. This is the nicest G-1 I’ve ever seen. Very low milage, shoots great clean strong bore and finish throughout. Trades are welcome let me know what you have. Super nice and rare FAL!
In November 1956, however, West Germany ordered 100,000 additional FALs, designated the G1, for the army. FN made the rifles between April 1957 and May 1958. The G1 user modifications included light metal hand guards and an integral folding bipod, similarly to the Austrian version.
